Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Anyone have any advice and/or experience of the new 4.6HP motor upgrade for the 2.5HP equipped Warn 8274?

How much of an improvement was noted? Worthwhile upgrade?

Is it correct that the only two parts required are:
1/ Motor (? Part Number: 7536)
2/ Replacement splined drive gear (? Part Number: ?).
