Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Just wondering if anyone has had any experiance with these.

They look rather light duty to me but are also rather cheap

It says "some of the holes for locking mech are already pre drilled inside the tailgate" so the carrier bolts to chassis but locks on to tailgate?? I`ve pulled a few 100 s apart over the years and have never seen pre drilled holes in tailgate std or gxl, I think there getting tailgate & chassis mixed up. I`d prefer to buy one of someone who knows what there selling.
