Huh?
If the snorkel is impacting the airflow to the extent that you need to fiddle with the gas mixtures I think you've got an issue with your snorkel.

You need to run a line from the back of the vapouriser/ mixer ( whatever you call it ) and run it into the airbox before the filter.
Alot depends on what motor your running and how the airflow meter is setup.

on the gas convertor there is a small (10mm i think?) gauze breather or vent. this references atmos. pressure. remove the vent.
you need to screw a fitting in there and run a balance pipe to a position after the air filter to make the gas system realise it is getting positive pressure sometimes. (through the snorkel pointing fowards and getting a small ram effect)
its simple science and anyone thats installed a lpg blow through turbo system should able to diagnose it .

after the filter because this is the true pressure going into the motor.
it probably is only a small positive pressure SOMETIMES but does make a difference.
it is allways best to dyno to check air fuel ratio with any change, just in case
