on a gq, is it hard, whats involved? drums suck :D

alot more than just swapping them ova if thats what your wondering. you need to be Scanas confident in your swap and it needs to be dead right, or you can die.... they have duo servo drum arangement on them, when there working well they work great i would just stick with what you have.

that said if there is something better out there im all ears, mud runnig with drums does suck must admit. think it was on this forum someone has done a commonwhore rear caliper swap

i thought GQs had rear discs :? the ones ive seen have.. or is it a ute?

from what ive been told you also need to change the master cylinder, i havnt done that yet but i will be soon.

The DX early model had drums, the comp truck I compete in has got rear drums! :lol:

yeah i was thinking if i just found a complete rear disk diff, and swapped them ? it should all be good :D

just swap the entire axle :D just like when you blow a front diff on an mq/mk easier to just swap the whole thing :lol:
