Outer Limits 4x4 Board

G'day all, I have 99 gu patrol 4.2 diesel with 35's and 4.1 diffs. Reading a previous post (which i kind of hi jacked), it had a table of "which nissan speedo gear" i should use to correct my speedo. Trouble is a second table turned up in the same post which gave a different answer. Would anyone know what the correct part number i should ask for to correct it? I have considered the speedo correction box but would prefer to use the gear for it's cheaper and one less thing added to the car. I hijacked the last post but thought i would try again on a fresh post incase some people in the know missed it, so sorry if the record is repeating. Cheers in advance for your help!

You can buy the gear for the speedo that corrects it, around $20 from Nissan. You change the gear at the gearbox end of the speedo

Hey zook60! Sorry, i have a 99 GU. Thank you for your quick response. That is the table i am after! Where did you get this info from? the reason i ask is i'm geting these gears so i can get the car engineered so i kind of have to "prove" to the engineer that i got this info from a reliable source. I have faith in your table but also need to get the engineer to have faith in the table too! You have already done more than enough though! Cheers! p.s I'm an ex Suzuki owner and miss the sierra heaps! (asuming you're are or were a "zook driver")
