Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hey All,

Is it ok to Drill hole in the Chassis to fit a towbar?
I'm fitting a Haymen Reece towbar to a 89 import Pajero and need to drill two hole though th chassis to complete install. All other holes fit OK.
Is this ok or will it weaken the chassis to much?
