i was wondering if anyone knows of any bush rangies for sale? or any bodies that could be done up

im interested in fixing up one slowly, any info would be great

Rino biggies in QLd were going to get the contract to make them but I dont know if they did or not, they also had a red one for sale.

Negotiations with the UK builder of Dakar4x4 (which Bush Ranger was based upon), fell through.

If you can't find one 2nd hand, the options are to import a Dakar4x4 kit (I believe Rovercraft may) or get a Bush Ranger kit from John Davis (Xtreme Special Vehicles).

Some useless info follows:

I believe that Dennis Smith still has his for sale at Narrabri, NSW.
PM me for phone number. Only photo of it that I have, 10th picture down ("09.html"). Roughly $20,000 for it. Plant the foot and she'll lift a tyre in the air.

Photo #26 (gun grey, "33.html") was for sale at a car lot in Parramatta Road for ages. Might even still be there. Do not know which car lot or the actual address.

Richard bloke in Newcastle was trying to sell his at one stage. 4" lift, 350 chev. Blue. May still have it. Had heaps on it, like $60+. PM me for phone number if interested.

There was also a completly knackered bushie way down the back of JDM when they were still operating. Shell was in ok condition but just sitting on a completely buggered rangie. No harm in ringing Bruce Davis and asking.
