just wondering what product, if there is any, to use to clean the oil and gunk from the inside of an intercooler..... what have you used and tried that works?

I dont know of any official product, but i would think a good soaking in turps or the like would do nice.

I did this same process and worked a treat. This is the way to go.

Yep, use petrol 1st and do it a few times till it comes out pretty clean then allow it dry in the sun. Then, flush out with methylated spirits and again allow it to dry in the sun and it's ready to use again.
