25LTR'S PER 100KM'S ON GAS, GOOD/BAD ????????

just curious what other people are getting,
25ltr/100km's, on gas, (petrol is about 18/20ltr's/100km's,) that was towing a loaded box tralier,

Towed from Brisbane to Wood Pecker (Dargel) just over 900km each way and averaged 22l/100km
not that it means much but the fuel consumption varied considerable between the various fuels we used (all premium fuels)Caltex seemed to get the best performance and economy.
we were towing a car trailer that weights in at 3.3t loaded
V8 100 series Landcruiser

Thats about the same as my GQ's LPG consumption.
I havent ran petrol in about two years so I cant comment on that one.

As a general rule you use 1.5 times the amount of gas to petrol... i.e if you use 10l/100 petrol then you will use around 15l/100 gas...
