Ive just done some tape work and it is 19cm tall, thats from the part that bolts to chassie up to the centreline of the shock mounting hole. Around 21/half cm from chssie to top.. Is that any help? get back to me if you need any other stuff measured :D

Was thinking of taller shock towers to go on the lux, they seem to look taller.

Hey Matt,

Your last post didn't make sense, but you'll be welcome to have my old shock towers when my F250 ones arrive.

Dave.

Sorry Dave must have been drunk.
Wanted to find out if 40 series shock mounts would be longer than hilux shock mounts?
When is the shorty going to be ready for some trail work?

P.S might drop in for a look at the cruiser some time.

Too easy, just drop in and check out the Cruiser shock mounts for youself....I'm not sure what the hilux ones are like, so can't comment if these are any better.

Hope to get the FJ out early in the new year, sorting out the shocks is the main priority at the moment, but should be right to go shortly after that.
