i havent done that exactly but do have 4k corolla and auto ,my shaft consists of a single uni.the internal cap size of toyota and zook are the same so its flange to flange and one uni .to eliminate vibrations i set the engine up so that that uni had bout 3 to 5 degress of flexion.so basically my advice for what its worth is set your motor up so that the jack shaft is nearly dead straight.mine doesnt vibrate at all.heres a pic if it helps ya .jack shafts dont come any shorter than this

jack shaft??

i dont follow what your saying mine looks simular but the zook yoke is welded in about 10mm of the old nissan tail shaft (2 sets of uni's_) 1 nissan 1 zook i lifted the gearbox up 5mm and it calmed the vibration.
what do you think keep lifting it?

What sort of condition are the Uni's in ?? Are they new and greased ?
Did it always vibrate or just start and gradually get worse ?
Are your transfer case arms straight ?

i have no shaft just the one uni between the 2 flanges.its all that connects the flanges together.yeh try different possies for it something might gel.i can put my finger on the transfer lever at 80ks and theres no vibes .

I had that combo in my zook maybe the exact one? If it is I had the jackshaft made by hardy spicer and there was no vibration.
