petrol or diesel gu

If i have intentions of puttind a petrol 5lt v8 in once the motor is dead does it matter if i get a petrol or diesel motor, is there issues with gearbox, fuel tank etc.

id get a petrol if your planning to kill the motor.
as they alot cheaper to buy and you wont be throwing a big dollar motor in the bin

get a petrol. they are easier to kill then a Diesel
the gearboxes are the same between the Petty and Diesel, so no differences, you need to change bellhousings to take teh V8 if u plan to use the original Nissan box so doesn't matter

unless you wind the fuel screw right out block the wastegate off and rape it

buy a 2.8 diesel, worth fuck all, or a blown 3.0 diesel.. both cheap, and plenty around since your not worried about engine and box.
