I have be casting nodular iron flywheels for a while now
My question is, is there any interest if I have some disc rotors cast with extra offset for Hilux wide axle conversions, These will be made to eliminate the use of hub spacers the cost off these will depend on how many I can pre sell and minimum amount the foundry will cast
The more I order the cheaper they will be

hell yeah, so long as they are the proper dia. & vented, slotted wouldn't hurt :D . to suit the IFS calipers

and of course cheaper than buying spacers.

if you could cast spacers at a good price i think it would be more practical .its only a hundred bucks for lc vented rotors and you can get em anywhere.
thats just my 2c .no offence mate.

more than a hundred each and then you got to get the spacer kit and calipers

Would be interested, depending on price.
Would they make the front as wide as a IFS rear axle?
Vented?

My idea of making the discs is to eliminate the use of illegal spacers and having to get a engineer to sign them of

Vented?
The discs are to be used with the IFS hubs on a live axle set up
I think this widens the track about 35mm each side
At this time I am feeling out if there is any interest in them
Cost will depend on how many I have cast and machined
on a rough quote I have to cast 100 for any sort of realistic price

sounds cool ,would probably consider selling my spacers if the price was ok.like you said it saves engineering hassles.i think my spacers were about 250.00. cant remember now.
