what is better nylon or alliminim body blocks?

Aluminium block are better as the weigth is on the whole block and strong.
Put grease on the bolt to stop electrolisis.

Aluminium would be better, but nylon is ok too.

When i had my old Paj i used nylon to machine some blokes worked fine.
I used nylon coz i got it for nix.
One good thing about nylon no corosion

I think qld transport will only pass aluminium or steel body lift blocks. There is probably a reason behind this.

yep, they couldn't be bothered going to the expense to get Nylon tested.
As well they would have to specify the type of nylon to be used.
Don't blame them really, easier for everyone if steel is the only type accepted.
