Urgent help needed GQ Swivel Hubs

Its a GQ Patrol.
Dont have a workshop manual and havent done this before but I need to know how you knock out the swivel hub bearing cones and cups without damaging them.
(Got new Swivel Hub bearings and cones to go in)
Do they knock out into the inside of the outer swivel housing or the other way?
Kind of stuck with progress at the moment now and I need the truck back on the road by tomorrow.
