rear wheel bearing price GQ

i got my mech to change the rear bearing cause i could not do it as i did not have the tool to get the big nut off, but he charged me $280. i change the front ones myself and only cost $50. did i get ripped off or do the bearings cost $200 bucks. Personally i think i got jipped.

that price is about right. bout 200 for the bearing + labour...

gees what are the bearing made out of, titanium? Thats dear for just a bearing.

rear wheel bearings for a GQ are very expensive, i am waiting to sell my kidney to finance 2 for mine

yes they are, wish they were as easy as the fronts as i have got that pretty down pact now

dam i think u got riped off ive got a mk and i payed $55 for 1 side plus $30 to get it taken off and put the new 1 on .

A mate payed close to $180 or so for the bearing alone!

Drum rear about $40- each
