Where abouts in Vic are you? What type of winch? There are plenty of places around and depending on what you have/wanted Mal Leslie (S.G. Leslie & Sons) in Heidelberg would have to be the best.

do it yourself if its just the gearing and general maintenance. Its easy, just download the blow out diagram of the winch from the net, pull it apart clean it up, regrease and whack itback together... if its the motor then itmight be a different story...Try your nearest ARB joint i guess
