Jst curiouse of your thoughts on the Navaras? i regulary do Heaps of long distance Hwy Ks thinking of getting the 3.3V6 petrol jst because it seems to be a bigger motor more reliable Maybe? Compared to the 4cyl 3.0 T/Deisel. What do u guys think would be the go? much difference in economy, and reliability on Black stuff and bush?

depends on what sort of loads your carring. if empty most of the time my rule of thumb is petroels work out cheaper. however with constant loads deisels work out better.

I would think diesel is better at all times, the rated fuel consumption on the 3.0L TD is 9.2L/100km, i'm not sure on the exact figures for the petrol but i think somewhere around 13L/100km.
