led wiring help

i dunno if it is the same as normal wiring of spot lights
if it is just disreguard this but for some reason it fried the harness i made
mebbe i just fucked up some where hahaha
but what i did is drawn in the pic is it right?

i got a 15amp fuse in
and the leds are 0.4watt 10-33v
and using 3mm wire


the leds are hella

Given the amount of power you are using (about the same as a normal interior light, 5 watts, or less than half an amp) there is no need to use both contacts on the relay. Keep it simple and only use one "87" going to all of the lights. This means you can use any tye of relay, or even completely bypass the relay altogether and run a fuse after the switch then to the lights directly (one less relay to bugger up, or one less spare on hand).

the control wire should come off teh high beam if you want to be able to control the new LED's with the dip switch. other than that it looks good to me and ill bet the new B&S ute will look good with all 12 of them LED's down the stone flector!! :D :D

haha its my mates BnS
mines a go fast ute :cool:

he wants to be able to switch them on with the normal driving lights ....
so i picked up the wire that gets 12v when the normal lights are on

didn't want them to be just switched on and off straight off the battery
