diff ratios for hilux's
Can anyone suggest what diff ratios i should be using in my ln106 2.8 litre diesel (turboed) hilux. I want to run 35" tyres and have the gearing as close to standard as possible. I am running 4.56s at the moment but they just don't cut it. Any help would be appreciated.
i got 4.88 low range is pretty good on 39s but i have a 2nd transfer and drive most stuff in that....
i find that taking off in 4h/2h with the 39s is a struggle..gotta ride the clutch a little to get it goin..
edit: mines a 2.2 petrol...carby piece of sh1t
