Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi all, my 1988 4runner has a fair bit of rust in the rear canopy section along the bottom of the side sliding windows.

These pieces look like they are removable? Make repairs easier.

Or does anyone know if you can still purchase new?

Any tips on actually removing them?

You can buy them new and the canapy has to be removed to pull the window out,pain in the ass job
