first mod i did to the previous car was fix the tcase (stuck in neutral so i bought the car cheap cos "it's not running")
first mod i did to this current car was get the rear diff welded
first mod i've done to my future car is... VOLVO PORTALS ;)

Lifted it 6" and stuck on some 32" bfg at's which i had layin round

Well it was standard shitty borin RR when i got it and the first mod was alot of things in one go............... not gonna list them but In my members section basically everything on the car was and is still bein done in one go.

:lol:

Hopefully in 6-8months I can get ready to do all the second set of mods :twisted:
Then 18-20months AFTER that I might be able to consider portal axles and 38s :twisted:

Best mod I did was leave it stock and learnt how to drive it.

I didnt class that as a mod :finger: took it to LCMP twice that was enough stock for me..........actually it was too stock :D

Before i got edumacated on what works and what gets sold in shops by sharks , i installed a set on Kings springs and Billstien shocks . She stayed that way for nearly 2 years till i paid her off then the money i was sendin Esanda executives to play golf with i sunk into mods of the serious side
Now i have body lift lockers himount roofrack winch bar 33's haltec LIGHTFORCE 240'S rovertym suspension front and rear procomp shockies air tanks and heaps more , and i wouldn't ever go into hock again ! its taken me 5 years to get to here and i only want roller draws and a waeco fridge and im as happy as !!!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D

painted it myself, then put 35s on, it didnt really like bumps so i put in 2 inch bodylift.

my first mod was to replace tyres. kelly mtr's to bfg mtr's, both 33". made heaps of difference though, kellys were crap

My first mod to the lux was to fit recovery points. 2 hooks front 2 hooks rear.

Not safety, it was for comfort. this was 14 years ago, an 81 daihatsu F20.

1st mod was m/t tyres...
after that all the following got done in the same week
6 in lift,front locker,5 link,rancho in cab,bullbar,steps,rear bar and carrier,lightforce,35s,duel batterys,........redundancy sux

Tyres, suspansion,snorkel and compresor on delivery.
bullbar,lights,dual batteries soon after

first mod to the Prado was Grind the calipers to fit 16" rims from memory,

Then Dual Batteries

Snorkel and Aftermarket suspension are also high on the list..

First mod - tyres, removal of sway bar, 2" body lift and longer rear shackles to match the wound up torsion bars.

Mine was to weld the front diff.

Heathers was a 2" Suspension lift.

Me too.

I had a Wizzard 6" lift kit & a set of rear storage draws sitting in my garage before i even bought my Cruiser. :armsup: :D :rofl:
