Roads authority in your state should have an up to date list of approved persons/engineers

For a mod that big you'll be lucky to find an engineer to approve it. Often the comp guys use the same engineers so they would be the best people to ask. Which state do you live in? If Vic, there's Cheezy. If NSW, there's Dobbin, Overkill or M&M. If you live in Queensland,

You've got no farken chance of getting it approved.

If it looks anything like this one when finished you will not have any problem.

I hope the link works as I am not much good on the computer as I just use copy and paste for the link.
But if you just do a diff swap and use all standard links like this one you should be sweet and this thing looks standard.
Hope this gets you pumped to build it

yeah mate I'm getting pumped up...
my plan is to slowly accumulate all the required bits over the next couple of years and finally build it.
then I just gotta find an insurance company who will be willing to cover it.
but that can wait.

actually it's probably easier to have something like that approved by QDOT then a body lift.... seriously. You can have SAS conversions approved here
