hi. i have got a 85 turbo diesel rocky (f75) with a bit of work done to it. im just after the transfer ratios and diff ration and any info ppl have got on them ( maybe access to workshop manual or stuff) also after any info on setting up inj pump timing and pump flow. any other info is always welcome s i slowly building it up when apprentice mechanic wages allow. cheers

Here goes
Diff ratios, 3.363 11/37, oil capacity 1.5 litres
Transmission ratios, 5 speed, 1st 3.647 (3.477), 2nd 2.136 (2.037), 3rd 1.484 (1.317), 4th 1.000 (same), 5th 0.860 (0.820), reverse 4.351 (4.148) figures in brackets are for gearbox fitted to turbo charged vehicle, oil capacity 2.9 litres
Transfer ratios, high 1.297, low 2.370, oil capacity 1.3 litres
Injection pump timing is 1.07-1.13mm @tdc on dial gauge after setting dial gauge to 0 @ approx 60 deg btdc, gauge reading of +/- 0.03mm = injection timing of +/- 0.5 deg. Injection timing is 1 deg btdc.
The pump flow I will have to check, its time for me to hit the sack. Further information??? Well, what do you want? The hardcopy of the manual runs to about 550 double sided foolscape pages, and I've got all 550 pages, no online or Cd stuff for me.
