Removing Inlet manifold on a 3.2 V6 Rodeo

How tha fVck do you get these things off! Are they superglued on there or something?
Everything is disconnected that has to be (what a nightmare that was )

Isuzu designers are pure evil!!!

Got to replace an exhaust valve and seat on the drivers side clyinder head so half the top end has to be removed, other than that it's been a great little truck except when I have to do anything mechanical under the hood, its the worst thing ergonomically I've ever had to work on. One reason I will never buy one again!!!

Out of interest... How many ks, on gas?
Mine had all exhaust valves and 5 inlets replaced at 78000 easy ks. Now has 155000 and I have been told to expect more burnt out valves. Impco gas fitted by Holden prior to delivery. Now have flash lube kit fitted. It is a very good vehicle but doesn't like going past petrol bowsers.
