When you say your front wheel bearings are gone what do you mean? Its not something that happens often. Have they siezed or are the just loose? Maybe they need to be retightend. When you replaced them did you replace the seals including the large knuckle seal to keep water out?
With the springs I looked at alot of springs (not the whole kit) and Old Man Emu was the cheapest by alot. I have them in the rear and they ride and flex well and I know alot of other guys on this board use them with good results.
Not sure about guards for suzuki diffs I never botherd.

Q1- OME

Q2- Did you re check them after last time you changed them? Most wheel bearings need checking after 1,000km or so to ensure good life. Other thing that will take their toll on wheel bearings is contamination (mud, water, dust etc)

Q3- I believe snake racing sell them, BBM most likely do also. Will be doing one in the next few days for my new rear diff, will post pics for you. Really easy job.

the king pin bearing are the set of 4 bearing in that photo on ebay.
download the manual to see where all the bits go.
im actually replacing my steering knuckle oil seal and felt at the moment.
water got in due to worn seal.

my king pin bearings are a little worn. but i dunno if i can be bothered to replace them.

If your wheel bearings are stuffed its most likely that your king pin bearings, knuckle seals etc will also be shagged. Doesn't take long to do.

While you're at it make sure you strip and clean your brake calipers as they too are affected by the same contamination.

quote]

If your half handy you can easy make one

8" pipe cap $50 Cut in half and weld. you can use the other half for your rear or sell it.

or you can use some 50x5 & some 25x5 flat bar, bend & weld, has always worked well for me & is cheap.

cheapest doesn't always mean best.

I agree with Jim go the OME ones, their Dakar range are good quality, great performance and a reasonable price plus they last for ever under a Sierra

open up the spring clamps to a u shape, this will help stop the springs bending where they did also allows for more wheel travel. just use a pry bar to bend them up into a u shape
