Hi guys I am looking at getting some Shock Absorbers for my FJ40 and was wondering what will perform good on this vehicle.
Some of the alternatives at the moment are
EFS
Rancho RS5000
Ironman
Pro Comp
Which of these will perform the best or are there any other alternatives that i should look at.
I was also looking at the koni heavy track as hey were adjustable but to adjust them you have to take them off the vehicle, is this right? if so i wouldnt want to be taking them off everytime i wanted to adjust them. thanks.

Ride Pro
I have got them on my 80 3in lift and they have been awesome
A mate has got them on his 40 and is happy with them
spoke to a guy that had them on his new GU 75mm lift and he loved them as well.

I was leaning towards rancho but i have heard a lot of bad reports from them.
I mainly drive on road and occasionaly do beach/dune driving and corrugated dirt roads with the occasional play in the mud but nothing too serious.
I find that my car sways a lot around corners and because the rear leafs are very soft as well it can be very bouncy over the small bumps so i need something that can eliminate this.

But to adjust the heavy track you have to take the shocks off dont you? i dont see the point in having adjustables if you have to take them off everytime you want to adjust them
