injectors

what is meant by high or low impedance injectors,can either be run on a haltech e6x?
the engine is a 3.5L rover V8 with a powerdyne supercharger.

It is the resistance of the winding. Some are low resistance some high. Cant remember but maybe 20 ohm and 100ohms??

High impedence injectors have a higher resistance. The difference is the current draw of the injector. If your ECU is designed to run high impedence injectors and you drive low ones with it then you'll generally fry the transistors in the ECU that drive the injectors. An E6X haltech will run either without a problem as long as you're only running 8.
