new tires/rims? what will fit MQ?

Hi, just wondering what will fit under my wagon? its currently running 31.10.5r15 scorps, but i wanna go something meaner.
Ive done suspension upgrade last year with spanking Iron man leafs front and back. looks to be about 1.5inch lift from standard.
This will mainly be for road use (but i dont drive much, only about 150kms/week) and off road on weekend. I wanna go some mudders, but not too agressive.
any hints/help would be much appreciated.
also, just wondering how hard it would be to do an Inch body lift?
