ebay gears for h260 & full floater Q

gidday guys,
anyone had any experience with these

i have 4.1's in a disk h260 and am wanting to goto 4.3 or 4.6
i have thought of swapping the h260 out for a standard gu diff aswell but h8 going backwards in strength.
ALSO, anyone got info on full floater conversion bits for the h260 disk diff. I dont wanto do all the homework if someone else has already done it
