Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Looking at cutting my mates GQ SWB into a tray back.
Rolled it down a gully because of some F@#$ nut who was speeding on the wrong side of the road.

Any Ideas and pics ?

Happened last week end.
I have and can get all the part I need.
