They are worn, worn to the degree of they "sing" at speeds over 80 k
It's not mind numbingly loud or anything
Just that i do my traveling in this truck and after 3 or 4000 k's you get the shits with gear noises and noisey gearboxes and excess noise from the truck in general...the engine makes enough without any more help

But as far as using them in a hopper or for general 4x4 ing is concerned...
Nothing..perfect for that..
I even thought about trying to find an exploded diff set and fit my gear into it and keeping it as a spare..

Or if someone offers me fair money for them they can own them...after everything is done

Im just being fussy aboout my drive truck

$3.50?

usually when a diff goes noisy it's the bearings, not the gears - unless the gears are worn through the case hardening in which case tree-fitty is a generous offer ;)

case hardning is fine Its the profile of the tooth that is worn
and thus the tip of the pinion is brushing the root of the crown wheel apon exiting and thus making it zing..

If i decide to sell them stay posted fo them in the for sale section
