can any one help body mounts for GQ useing Navara

Hi all my body mounts in my GQ are stuffed so i have to get some more a mate has some Navara body mounts and GU ones i have to pay for the gu ones but he will give me the navara one for free dose any one know if they are the same ? if the navara one work Thanks for your help
