stuck gearbox?

hi guys, i own a 88 model suzuki sierra. just been out on the trails and the shifter got stuck in 3rd gear while doing some slow driving. just wondering if anyone has any thoughts or knows the problem? wont get out of third gear at all. is there a simple fix or is it time for a rebuild.?

gearstick shifter bush gone? or gearstick retaining bolt snapped.

yeap spot on the money. just replaced both of them.
