I have a toyota hilux. I am having trouble with the cd player jumping when driving in the bush. Has anyone had any success with any particular brand.

i think within reason, once u get to a certain price range any brand will perfrom well. Im happy with my clarion, but for 600 bucks id be dissapointed if it were any other way!

Sony, kenwood, clarion, ponieer or alpine, just to name a few, should all produce good units once u get away from the base model.. i think as a rule of thumb you should look for a minimum of 8 times oversampling!
