Did mine recently and i did not think it was that hard, the rear was real easy just drop shocks off replace spring and put shocks back basically. the front was a bit more of an effort but not all bad. I found it easier to undo the the three bolts on the sturt mount cause it made it easier to put back as well as to undo the 3 bolts on the bottom of the suspension arm to give it a bit more movement (but make sure the cv does not pop out), then just push down or get someone else to push down on the bottom arm, take the spring out, put the new spring in and put every thing back together. The back took about 30mins with new shocks and springs and the front took like 3 hours or some thing silly.
And perhaps a search\bible would be good as there is more than one thread on this im sure.
