Anyone know where i can get a electrical diagram for this ? Colors on wires, what they do, or anything

Is it to fit a lock up switch to converter?

Nope, im helping a friend build a comp GU SWB, and we got a TD42 and auto from an importer here in Denmark, but we didnt get any of the electronics

so now we need to fab up a shift mechanism, so any input would be greatful

I'm running one that we built. From memory 4 relay's, a few diodes and the hard parts is a 5v power supply that you need to control line pressure. We were using the TPS on the fuel pump to control this and after using this for a year have just had the trans stripped and it is still in perfect condition. That was with TD42 intercooled etc running 21psi. We're just about to install this behind new motor and rewire to suit. I don't have all the stuff here so can't give exact details untill I get it back (later in the week probably) but I'm going to be using this setup behind the new motor as well (Turboed VH45) because it worked so well. We shifted 1 to 3 with the shifter then selected 4 with the powe switch. N R and P were also from the shifter. You have to move the shifter to get engine bracking but if you aren't worried about that then you can just stick it in D and shift with switchs.

now thats info i can use
we had a little test drive today we got it to shift all the gears and the lockup worked so thats just great.... the only thing remaining is the line presure

.... the box is 24v btw ... any ideas on the line presure ? voltage, how much ... when and so on
we are gonna hook it up to a PLC and two switches on the steering wheel for shifting ... gonna be cool as hell

Mine is 24v as well. The line pressure solenoid requires 5v to be fully open ie low pressure and 0v to be fully closed ie max pressure. So if you do nothing it will have full pressure all the time and will get hot.
I have mine setup so that we run a seperate 5v supply into the factory TPS and then it adjustes the output to throttle position. At idle I accutually have about 4v (not 5v) and it drops to 0v by about 1/4 throttle. With this it has never overheated etc, and has just been stripped and given a clen bill of health.
I looked at using a PLC but there is no need. You only have 2 soleniods to control. On my one there is 4 relays (and diodes to stop back flow) ie one per gear. The changing is done from the shifter but just as easy from switches on thw steering wheel. All you need is to identift which solenoid does what and then power them accordingly. Actually it is quite simply. Well it was for me as I got a mate who is a electronics wizz.
