Pro Comp Steering Damper or Tough Dog RTC

As the title says... which is preferred and why (for use on 5" lift)?

I have a Tough Dog RTC on my 80 series with 5 inch lift and have been very happy with it
I removed a OME dampener to fit it and it made quite a noticable difference
Can't comment on the Pro Comps though.
