AUTO LOCK UP

Post by lexi »

I want to fit a simple on /off switch to lock Converter on Td42 auto

A switch with built in light on the dash and obviously a relay.

Can anyone do me a diagrahm showing the connections and the type of relay. I`ve seen one with a brake light switch etc etc and I only want on /off on mine. Any help appreciatted.

Thank you my friend. I have that link. I only want a switch and a relay so just wondered if it was a case of doing away with the extra relays and switches and just keeping the dash switch and main relay. It was just a diagram for that......... in case I am missing something by cutting out the extra stuff

I geuss you could email the site owner.
You would have to be careful not to put a spike back into the gearbox ECU when the circuit is activated/deactivated seeing the fuse is 10A.

But Im no expert

Thanks Julu.
I thought that if Iused a relay with the diode protection in it that would stop the spike. I`ll see if one of the Shamen can help me . Thanks.
