3.0 GU Major FAULT

Now troops as we all know I hate the 3.0L GU. 
But a good mate of mine has a 3L 2002 GU manual.
Every now and again it keeps blowing the 20amp engine management fuse for no reason.
It appeared to be with bumps, pot holes, etc, but a good thrashing in the forestry wouldn't trip it.
Now two Nissan dealers have gone through the computer, relays and wiring and cannot find fault.
They have thrown their hands up and said "Try something else, maybe an auto elec"
Anyone got any good suggestions or have had this problems.
And no replacing it with a 4.2 is the last resort
