hey guys i don't have a zuke but am considering buying a rocsta and putting the lux diffs under it with a soa, and maybe some 35's.
so i'm wondering with the light weight of thses cars how often do u find yourself still breaking cv's or diffs?
cheers

lux diffs and and 35s under mine and it is not uncommon to break standard cvs. Sometimes they can last a weekend sometimes they only last a few hundred metres, but hey they still make em

Perhaps this is the difference in traction between TAS and QLD?

I think the driver is gonna be the biggest factor in this, obviously. But I have 60 series diffs, same cv's as hilux under a zook with 35's and i've yet to do 1, touch wood
But i've seen quite a few break under zooks now really easily but more often then not they hold up really well in alot of situations where you'ld expect to break 1
If you find your breaking standard cv's just upgrade them
When I go bigger rubber i'll be upgrading a few things if i find i'm breaking too much stuff.

mine has been luxed and on 33's with twin lockers for 2 years
ive only broke one cv. thou i guess that was due to the owner of the diffs before me. and ive also smashed a transfer.
other than that it doesnt break.

Not that I have hilux diffs but the transfer case and it's mounts are pretty easy to destroy. Get a Roctoy ring and make new mounts.
