I thought there was only 2 wires a bigass one that connects under a nut and a light one that has a spade connector on the top of the solinoid (sp)

Yeah that what i thought at first but there is two big ass bolt style ones and i cant recal if they both went on or just one and what colour and what bolt as there is two. The little plug thingo is all good just found that and plugged it in. Cant seem to find anything in the manual either.
Thanks

Where to these big wires come from? there should be only one from +ive of battery nad a small one that gos to the ignition switch.
The whole thing should earth back via the moutning bolts?

Righto i have one which is just a straight wire of the battery (should this be off +ve or -ve) and another the is linked into the main fuse box and then connects to some other wires (cant see were they go) both have the same bolt on style ends.
Here are some (crap) photos.

his is just straight from the battery to the starter motor i presume.

This one also runs of the battery but links into other things. Shold this one be earthed.

The one you call the straight wire looks like the main earth lead on the battery (-ve), and could go under one of the attaching bolts. In my case it goes to the bolt on the engine mount (engine side), the one with the rubber boot on the end is the main power for the starter and is +ve.
