Says who :?: All the ones we have done said they drive beautifully and we have done one last week one this week and one next week plus the previous ones.
I would say that a torsion mbar front wound up wouldn't drive to well anyway.

Glad I could help :)
If you do go ahead with the SAS make sure you take lotsa pics and post them up on here, when I do mine there will be sh!tloads of pics  .
Like I said I will be doing my SAS next year sometime.
I need to build a decent size shed in my backyard first to do it in :P
When I finally get around to it I plan on fitting a solid front end with-
Hi steer
ARB lockers front and rear
4.88 gears
High pinion front diff centre
Shaved and braced diff housings front and rear
Rear springs up front and diff moved foward a bit
U bolt flip
Wide track (IFS hub) kit
Longfield CVs and chomoly inner axles
Heavy duty tailshafts front and rear
and 35 inch MTRs

Not going to be cheap but should be a beast when Im done
Paul.

Paul, maybe it's a legal thing but i don't understand why with all that work, and the money on chromo's and longs you're gonna go with 35s. 37's arn't all that much more expensive and if you're pushing the diff forward already they'll fit no probs. JMO

I agree, or at least 36.

I run Q78`s (just under 36) and only run standard inners, haven`t broken one yet and that an`t though a lack of trying.

Well I may go with 37s not sure yet.
But it is still my daily driver and I dont want to have to run 2 sets of tyres so 35s might be the best compromise.
And Im not deffinate about the chomo inners Im only getting them if I can get them cheap from the US with a group buy :).
