Extending Sway Bar Linkages

With a 4"coil Lift i an guessing i need to extend the sway bar linkages. What is involved with this? to i simply cut the original links and then sleeve them to make them longer?

any pics advice appreciated.

I havnt actualy done it yet but i will just do the cut and sleave as you said.

tis what i did. also cut the factory disconnect near the end and extended it

works fine
