Seat Rails - Coily Vs Leafy

I have some bling seats 
to put in the zook, but the Coily rails/sliders require some massaging to suit, Im not keen on doing this (like to be able to reinstall originals) so I am wondering if earlier rails are the same/similiar to coily ones?
Anyone have any pics and/or measurements of 'em?
