Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Gday everyone i have lost my keys to my sierra and am looking for the key code for an 89 sierra I dont have the car manual, ive rung suzisport they dont know, i also have no door lock (cut into half doors)

this may sound dumb but cant you buy another barrel and use that?? cant hurt asking a locksmith.. and some insurance companies (mine is SGIO) will pay up to a certain amount of locksmithing.. and RAC who i am with will pay up to 150 for locksmithing.. join them and then get them to fix it

Ive asked a few locksmiths and they said they need this code.

I beleive they are all different.

You can also get the code off the ign barrel i think.

any decent locksmith would be able to do something.

What do you need the key for? (doors,ign?)

Cheers guys ill have a look at the barrel for the code i need it for ign.

crappy, i had the same prob. have u got any locks from the car, rear or side? u can get a key for those and should be the same as the ign. otherwise yeh, need the ign code or take it in.

Ok solved rang suzuki qld and told them the vin and engine number they looked it up in there database and wa la thanks for you help guys.
