Rangie Body Swap

Post by Bodge »

Has anyone dropped a replacement body on their Rangie?

I have a complete rust free 4 door body with all its trim etc. which I want to swap for my rusty 2 door....

Not sure if the wiring is going to translate well - after all the 2 door only has 3 fuses... :?:

If someone has already been here I would love to hear all about it....

have not been there but I would imagine it would be a good opportunity to re-wire and get rid of Lucas forever :D :D :D

Hope this may help you out , there is a guy in W.A. i met years ago who owns a company called Western 4wdrive in Claremont 08 93846614 his name is Peter Snook he races Landrovers in desert rallies , he specializes in this -swapping 4 dors for 2 doors -easier to race with 2 doors so he says , but he has it down to a fine art ! He also excellls in Chev conversions and parts .I haven't seen him since the Alice to Fink desert race in 1999 but still have his card .Hope this may help
discourage inbreeding , ban country music ! Rover didn't make computers as they just couldn't find a way for them to leak oil .

Cheers Tiggr - I will give him a call....

I also assumed that the 4 door doors would have to be better than the ex tank speced 2 Doors...
