What tyre size are you goin to be running?
Is your truck an auto or manual?

From memory its best set up
31's = 4.1
33's = 4.6
35/36's = 4.8
But thats going off my bad memory.

thats close enough
4.6 for 35s brings it back to standard.
i went 4.88 so im a little slower than standard

this setup would be way overgeared and borderline wrong.
Stick with genuine gears, if you have the power run 4.3 with 36' however if your motor isnt has powerful run the 4.6 and that wont be an issue i wouldnt go the 4.8 as they arent as strong.
Another option is if you have the power to turn them in high range for low range winch work just leave the 4.1 and put marks 43% gears in the transfer case as most comp guys do that provided you have the power.. as they drive stages in high range and go to low range for the winching...

Does not really matter what ratios you run. Most run 4.3 or 4.6. 4.1's will do the job no problems. Stages are always different. Stick it in low range and just test the 4.1's before you fork out the dosh for new ratios.
