How to Remove Passenger Side Front Fender
Posted: Mon Feb 05, 2007 12:15 pm
Hey Guys,
On a recent trip I snapped my electric aerial at the base (on my NK Paj), and so i have bought a rubber replacement to withstand the brutal blows of overgrown tracks.
In the meantime, my window washer has also managed to block itself (so that no water streams from the jets) so that also needs attending to.
Now, it may be a bit much to ask, and it may be a bit hard to answer also...but here i go.
I have attempted to dismantle the front fender, and got as far as 1 and a half dozen bolts and plastic clips, removing the plastic guard in the wheel arch and there was 'no go' from the fender. It got to the point where i could not see any more bolts that needed to be removed, but something was still holding it in.
Very frustrated after wasting a couple of hours acheiving nothing, i screwed all the bolts i had removed and bought a service manual off ebay - which happened to only include the body removal of NM pajero's onwards (which i dont think will help me too much).
I don't know exactly how you would answer my question, but pics would be a great help if you have them.
Cheers,
Jayden
