whats a 91 vogue rangie worth 3.9 auto on gas and arb rear bar thats about it 230 kms a mate is thinking of buying it

Probably anywhere between the 12-16k mark depending on condition.

9300 to 12200 is what i found in the redbook which doesnt sound to bad.

I think you'd be struggling to find anyone selling one for that little. Whats in the redbook is one thing, what the market wants for it is another.

with 230,000 km on a petrol rover less than 9300$ allow for a few grand in repairs and builds - speak to dealers these things are worth nothing secondhand, dont hold their value well at all not saying there a bad car just terrible second hand vaules.
